My name is Isabelle, and I am the founder of Izzy’s.

I’m a Sports Rehabilitation Therapist and Sports Massage Therapist, and I started my practice in February 2026 because I genuinely enjoy helping people move better, recover from injury, and feel more comfortable and confident in their bodies – whether that’s in sport or everyday life.
